Why should I use NEDCO’s Online Payments platform?

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit Cards issued by VISA and MasterCard.
What is the CVV2 number?
Card Verification Value, CVV or CVV2, is an authentication system established by credit card companies to further efforts toward reducing fraud for internet transactions. The card holder is required to enter the CVV2 number in at transaction time to verify that the card is on hand. The card security code is typically the last three or four digits printed on the signature strip on the back of the card. See Image:


What happens if my Credit Card payment is declined?
The payment will not be processed, and therefore, no payment will be made to the respective billing company. Your funds will therefore remain with your Credit Card.
How can I confirm that a payment has been made?
The status will be “Paid” in the Payment Confirmation details and with the options available on the website, you are provided with the option to either save a digital copy of the invoice print it or, e-mail it to your personal email address.
Can I make and confirm a payment if I do not have an email address?
Yes, you have the option to save or print the invoice of the completed transaction.
