General Public

Mentorship: $16,800 per mentee. Includes $4800.00 per mentee for three months of business mentorship / $12,000 for industry mentorship.    

Structured, goal-oriented "hand-holding" guidance through entire business phases. Long-term support, typically 3–18 months, through sponsored funding from corporate and government entities. The sourcing, placement, administration, and monitoring of Industry Mentorship is also currently offered

Presentations: $500 per hour

The Process of accessing NEDCO’s Business Advisory Services:
To ensure a seamless and professional experience, NEDCO’s Business Advisory services follow a structured four-step process. This workflow ensures that every client—from individual entrepreneurs to corporate partners—receives timely support and documented guidance.

Step 1: Initial Contact and Inquiry
While Business Advisory services are primarily offered by appointment, clients may initiate a request through any of the following channels:

  • Digital Messaging: Email training@nedco.gov.tt or send a direct message via NEDCO’s website or official social media platforms.
  • Telephone: Contact NEDCO’s main office line to speak with a representative.
  • Official Referral: Submit correspondence from a NEDCO Business Partner or Branch Manager.
  • Walk-ins: Clients may visit any NEDCO location; however, service is subject to the immediate availability of an Advisor.

Step 2: Registration and Scheduling
Once an inquiry is received, the client will be guided through the intake process:

  1. Response /Documentation:  NEDCO will verify the client’s request by email. The client is asked to send additional info or to complete a digital Registration Form or First Contact Sheet. This captures essential demographic data and defines the primary objectives for the advisory session.
  2. Payment Briefing: Detailed payment instructions and service fees will be provided during this correspondence.

Step 3: Payment Verification and Confirmation
NEDCO operates on a pre-payment basis for all advisory services. The appointment is officially secured only after the following requirements are met:

  • Proof of Payment: Clients must submit their payment receipt via email for verification.
  • Final Confirmation: Once verified, a Business Advisor will contact the client to finalize the location or provide a secure link for virtual meetings.
  • Scheduling: Upon submitting proof of payment, NEDCO will notify the client of available dates and times via email or phone.
  • Partner Projects: For large-scale or collaborative projects, customized payment terms (such as acceptance agreements or staggered installments) may be arranged prior to the project’s commencement.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  1. Linx    Available at all five (5) NEDCO branch offices.
  2. Direct Deposit    Payable at any First Citizens Bank (FCB): NATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEV. CO. LTD Account Number: 1263632 
  3. Online Transfer    ACH or Wire Transfers (required for international clients): First Citizens Bank: NATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEV. CO. LTD Account Number: 1263632 
  4. Cheques    Accepted primarily for corporate projects and institutional partners.

Step 4: Session Execution and Follow-up
Clients receive a reminder at least 24 hours before their scheduled session. NEDCO adheres to the following session structures:

  • Individual Advisory: Scheduled for one (1) hour.
  • Group Coaching: Scheduled for up to two (2) hours on designated days.
  • Mentorship: Conducted on a customized timeline tailored to the client's needs.
  • Training/Facilitation: Developed according to the client’s requirements.
